The fourth photo is very captivating. The woman looking right at the camera while being centered and surrounded by unobserving/unfocused people is amazing.
These are for the most part are underexposed and you edited too much. edits are very obvious do not blend in. and for number two, no, just no. Bracket your exposures and try to take it correctly as best you can so you don't have to do a lot in photoshop
I think the first image has a nice range of values and contrast, which grabs my attention.
